  General  terms  of  sale 

 
These terms come into force on all our offers and invoices.
The client categorically accepts them at the moment of the confirmation of the reservation or the order.
 

PETS :
.
Pets are not allowed to bring into the hotel at any time.
 

OCCUPYING AND VACATING ROOMS :
.
Unless otherwise contractually agreed, a room which has been reserved shall be made available to the guest at 3 pm, and the guest shall vacate the room by 11 am on the day of departure.
 

LATE ARRIVALS :
.
If a guest arrives after the agreed time without notifying the hotel owner, the hotel contract shall immediately be terminated, and the hotel owner shall be entitled to damages.

 
 GUARANTEE  :
.
 In order to guarantee the reservations, a credit card number with the name of the bearer and the expiry date will be required.
For the group reservations (more of one room of more of one room) and for a one of our special offers, a deposit of 30 % has to be paid at the time of the confirmation (by debit of your creditcard en with minimum 50 euros).
It's also possible to pay the deposit on our bank: ING 360-1098763-50 (deposit of 30 % en with 60 euros minimum).
 

 CANCELLATIONS :

  • Deposit from the confirmation of booking on : 40% of the total stay.
  • Less than 3 weeks before day of arrival: deposit = 60% of the total stay.
  • Reservations cancelled one week before day of arrival: 75% of the total stay, with a minimum amount of 1 night.
  • No-show or curtailment of the stay will result in 100% of the total stay being withheld.
  • No modification will be possible for the dates and any cancellation must be notified by email (luc.miest@potiniere.be) (with acknowledgement of receipt) of by fax: +32 (0) 61 271362
  • A gift of a deposit can not be reimbursed, not postposable and not exchangeable.
  • Here a possibility of Cancellation Assurance 
     
 CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES BY THE HOTEL : 
.
 We hope and expect to be able to provide you with all the services we have confirmed to you at the time of booking. However, we use the services of independent suppliers such as hotels, over whom we have no direct control. If this is the case, we will do our best to resolve the problem and offer you a suitable replacement. The hotels reserve the right to change the reservation if absolutely necesary. (for example in the case of emergency maintenance etc.). A gift voucher is always non-repayable and not-exchangeable.

 
 CANCELLATION FOR REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL : 
.
 We will not be liable to pay any compensation if we are forced to cancel or in any way change your booking as a result of situations outside our control, which neither we nor our suppliers forsee or avoid, even with all due care.
 
 PAYMENT :
.
 Our invoices have to be paid before the departure and without any discount, except opposite agreement stipulated in our service offer and in the invoice. The lack of payment at the expiry date makes all the debit balance due for payment, and we are allowed to cancel the contracts in hand. The invoicing will be calculated according to the number of members communicated 1 week beforehand.
 
 NO PAYMENT AT THE EXPIRY DATE :
.
 If a sum is not paid when due, it leads to a monthly interest of 1.20%, without any summons nor formal demand. The other costs (particularly bank costs,....) will be borne by the debtor. The client, who has not paid the invoice or a part of it in the 30 days following the receipt of this invoice, will have to pay, without any summons nor formal demand, an inclusive and irreducible payment of 20% of the sum owed with a minimum of 50 Euros (as damages) , as well as the interests corresponding to to the expiry date.
 

LIABILITY OF GUEST/CONTRACTING PARTY :
.
The guest and contracting party shall be jointly and severally liable to the hotel owner for personal injury and for damage to the structure, fixtures and fittings of the hotel, and to places which are accessible to the public.

 
 CONTESTING :
.
 All complaints should be sent recorded delivery within the 8 days following the receipt of the invoice. In case of contesting, the court of the juridical district of Neufchâteau is the only competent.
